The 2019–20 Premier League will be the 28th season of the Premier League, the top English professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1992, and we are giving the possible winners for the 2019/2020 season based on statistics.

Manchester City are the defending champions for the second successive year.

For 2019–20, it’s not going to be easy on anyone’s behalf as I possibly can see supporters of Liverpool, who are one of the two main favorites to win the league this coming season. For the most part, the decision will come down to new signings and I think that Liverpool’s signings will help them more than the ones City. City may make lower upgrades and that is what is going to push the Reds over the hump and lift their first Premier League title and their 19th English League title.

The Premier League is always a toss-up at the beginning of the season… but for me, right now, the favorite is Liverpool, followed by Manchester City. Assuming the rosters stay the same, this is my prediction for next season’s Premier League season.

Liverpool

Manchester City

Tottenham Hotspur

Arsenal

Wolves (yes, I think with the decrease in quality of other top sides they have a shot at finishing fifth)

Manchester United
