New Yorkers were polled and questioned about Joe Biden’s performance as well as Representative Alexandria Ocasio-unwillingness Cortez’s to support the president.
Residents in Alexandria Ocasio district Cortez’s in New York City have been arguing whether or not their representative should support President Biden’s reelection attempt in 2024.
“I believe she should,” said John, a longtime Astoria resident, and Democrat. He, on the other hand, stated that he did not support Ocasio-Cortez or Biden and questioned how the lawmaker was elected.
CNN’s Dana Bash wondered if Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a Democrat from New York who has been in her current post since 2019, representing sections of the Bronx and Queens, would back Joe Biden for president in 2024.
