André Lauren Benjamin, famously and popularly known as “Andress 3000” on numerous social media platforms and in the entertainment industry, is a well-known American singer, songwriter, actor, rapper, and record producer. He was born on May 27, 1975, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America, under the zodiac sign of Gemini, with the nationality of an American and of black ethnicity.
Andre was raised by a single mother who sold real estate and spent time in various parts of Georgia, such as East Point and Bankhead after his father passed away. His mother’s name is Sharon Benjamin Hodo and Lawrence Walker was his father’s name. In high school, Antwan “Big Boi” Patton and Andrés, who was then known as André, became friends. Outkast was founded by Benjamin and Patton.
