According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, there has not been a conclusion reached in the investigation into his escape.
Officials say they have located and captured an inmate who on Sunday made his way out of a correctional facility in the state of Tennessee.
The News God reported that Phillip Doane, age 29, managed to break out of the Rodger D. Wilson Detention Facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Doane was serving time for violating the terms of his probation and committing major acts of domestic abuse.
