A guy from Alabama was found guilty of littering on Thursday after he placed a flower box at the grave of his fiancé
According to The News God, Winston Hagans is accused of placing flower boxes at Hannah Ford’s grave on multiple occasions after her death in January 2021, which occurred one month after the couple became engaged. Hagans was found guilty of littering by Judge Jim McLaughlin and was ordered to pay an additional $250 on top of the $50 fine that he already had to pay.
When Hannah Ford’s father, Tom Ford, removed Hagans’ flower pots on multiple occasions, Tom Ford originally sought charges against Winston. Winston was Hannah Ford’s father.
Ford is the owner of the grave in the Auburn cemetery where Hagans lays his daughter to rest, even though Hagans maintains he never approved of their connection.
