The fire department urged the public to “leave the fireworks to the specialists” and discouraged people from using them themselves.

As a direct consequence of his involvement with fireworks, a teenager from the state of Washington got injuries to his right hand and lost his left hand as a result of the activity.

According to The News God, the South King Fire & Rescue team in King County, Washington, was the first to arrive on the scene, and they were the ones that discovered the injured 14-year-old when they got there.
