According to the announcement, it consists of ETA (Basque Fatherland and Liberty), Aum Shinrikyo, Kahane Kach, and two Islamic organizations known as the Mujahiden Shura Council in the Environs of Jerusalem and Gama’a Al-Islamiyyah.
