18-month-old De’Avry Thomas was shot and died in a drive-by shooting, which authorities believe Londell Falconer was responsible for.
A guy was taken into custody by police in Pittsburgh on Monday in connection with a drive-by shooting that occurred over the Memorial Day weekend and resulted in the death of an 18-month-old infant.
It has come to light that Londell Falconer, age 26, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder as well as a criminal conspiracy in connection with the death of the young kid.
Officers found a young child named De’Avry Thomas suffering from gunshot wounds when they arrived on the scene in the 100 block of Fourth Avenue just before 3 p.m
