At Red Rock Country Club, a resident of Las Vegas passed away after falling during a tennis match. Ryan Vannah, 43, received medical care for 55 minutes, but Summerlin Hospital declared him dead.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Vannah was participating in a mixed doubles tennis tournament on Sunday when he knelt, put his hands on the court, and then laid down. Catherine, his sister-in-law, tried CPR, but it was unsuccessful.
The lifelong tennis player reportedly suffered from high blood pressure in his family. Doctors claimed he had been taking the incorrect medication for it. The family is shocked by his passing.
He took excellent care of his health, according to his sister, Tami King. “He was in incredible shape. He used weightlifting. I thought he resembled a bodybuilder. He was big. “We did not anticipate this.”
His friend Dan Michalski remarked, “He was a friend to anyone.” “This has definitely shocked the entire tennis community,”
In the past two years, Vannah’s doubles duo has won the United States Tennis Association 40+ national tournament each time. In addition to his parents, three brothers, and 13 nieces and nephews, Vannah was the youngest of four children.
