The good news is that water acts as a natural lubricant, and therefore the friction between your joints and muscles is reduced. By drinking enough water, you can support your kidney function, which plays a huge role in removing waste from your body. Proper hydration means it’s easier to flush out toxins, and that will keep your organs working as they should.
As well as looking after your internal organs and general body, when you detox with water, your skin will look much healthier too. You’ll have a more youthful, glowing complexion, and you might even slow down the signs of aging at the same time.
