On Sunday morning, two people were killed when a car traveling the wrong way on DuSable Lake Shore Drive in Lincoln Park was involved in an accident.
A white car heading south in the northbound lanes of North DuSable Lake Shore Drive reportedly crashed head-on with a silver sedan before 2:20 in the morning, causing the sedan to catch fire. According to the Chicago police, the collision occurred.

According to the authorities, the driver of the white car had injuries that were considered to be life-threatening and were taken to the Illinois Masonic Medical Center. However, he did not survive his injuries and passed away at the hospital. The driver of the silver sedan was also harmed in the crash, and they subsequently determined that he had passed away at the scene of the accident.
