The police say they are investigating a sad murder scene which occurred on Wednesday night following the report of a dead school girl believed to be 18 years in a Manhattan park.
According to the Police, an 18-year-old student at Barnard College was found inside Morningside Park near West 116th Street and Morningside Drive around 5:30 p.m.

Countless injuries were found on her, indicating she was stabbed many times in the face, stomach and arm pit.
Authorities disclosed that the teen’s body was found by the school’s security persons and alerted the police. It’s unclear what led to the unfornate event but Investigators believe the young woman was stabbed near the park’s stairs and managed to reach a college security booth before collapsing.
No arrest has been made so far as investigation is still in progress.
It has however been discovered that several teens we seen earlier ruining away from the scene before the incident.
